The foundry is the main department of the company. There are about 60 people and 26 presses covering a range from 400 to 1100 tons for Alu die-casting and from 130 to 200 tons for Zamak die-casting. All the machines are robotized and follow a strict maintenance program to work always in perfect condition. Over the last years, the vacuum machines and the oil thermoregulation have been installed in order to optimize the casting process, which is getting more and more refined.
Also, thank to 6 melting furnaces, the company is able to manage 8 different alloys satisfying all the customers’ requests.
