The main body of a EGR valve has got 2 high pressure fluid circuits (gas and water) inside the parts, which require the part to be very tight. This is the most important feature therefore lots of filling simulation and analysis have been done in order to obtain the best injection configuration possible, especially considering that the 1 cavity die-casting mould has got 7 radial movements which build the circuits up.
